MLS Launches "Predict 6" Free-To-Play Gaming Experience for Fans Presented by BetMGM

NEW YORK (Thursday, March 5, 2020) – Major League Soccer and MGM Resorts International today launched “Predict 6,” the League’s first weekly free-to-play prediction game, on MLSsoccer.com and the award-winning MLS mobile app. For the first time, MLS will offer fans a chance to showcase their knowledge of the League and to compete against their fellow supporters and friends for weekly prizes.

Within “Predict 6 presented by BetMGM,” fans will be asked to predict a set of questions for each of six matches, first, the outcome of the match (Win, Lose, Draw) and for each of these matches, also answer a second proposition style question (example: which team will score first, what will be the final score, etc.). If a fan correctly predicts all six match outcomes and correctly answers the six additional proposition questions, they may win a $50,000 grand prize; if there is no grand prize winner, the fan with the highest score each week will win $500 or other prizes provided by BetMGM.

Kicking off every Thursday at 12 p.m. throughout the regular season, fans will have a chance to create leagues to compete against their friends and fellow supporters for bragging rights. MLS fans will have a chance to predict in-game action including who will be the first player to score, what will be the halftime score, and first goal scored minute range, among others.

“Predict 6” is powered by BetMGM odds. Fans will earn points by making correct predictions. The fan with the most points in any week will be eligible to win the weekly $500 prize. MLSsoccer.com will also feature BetMGM content each week to help fans make their “Predict 6” selections.
