Winning a championship brings certain privileges — a raised banner, diamond rings, a parade and a unique design on the newly-unveiled 2020 performance kits.
The Seattle Sounders’ crest features two stars this season: a permanent silver star commemorating the 2016 MLS Cup Championship, as well as a larger gold star located above the silver star in recognition of their status as defending champions following the 2019 MLS Cup title.
